When you purchase a drawing, you are obtaining an artisanal product made by human hands without the help of AI. This means that there is a turnaround time that ranges anywhere from 1 week to a few months. The artist will do their best to keep you updated throught he process. You may ask for your money back before the first sketch is sent, and may ask for changes at any point during the progress.
